Website Policies

Purchases not made directly from MBMA Corporation should be returned to the retailer directly in accordance with their return policies. All policies listed here pertain only to purchases made directly from MBMA Corporation. Each distributor is responsible for their own policies.

Our Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days (in resalable condition if applicable) for a credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us prior to returning items for an RMA number and return instructions. Please ship returns prepaid by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other traceable means.

Shipping: Orders are normally be shipped on the following business day by the method of shipment you specify. Most shipments are FOB West Des Moines, IA, USA and subject to availability at our warehouse. Our Customer Service department will contact you if items you ordered are not available for immediate shipment. Please note: Items ordered together are not always shipped together.

International Shipments: It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties, brokerage charges, or other fees that may be added by your customs authority or shipping carrier.

Who We Are: ubalm is manufactured for and distributed by MBMA Corporation, a family owned business in the midwest.

Unforeseeable Delays: The Internet is a global network that is not maintained by any one entity. It is possible to experience outages and delays on the Internet beyond our control or knowledge. We will strive to inform customers of possible delays, however we cannot offer any guarantees nor accept any liabilities or consequences caused by these circumstances.

Payment Terms: We accept prepaid credit card and orders mailed in with check or money-order only. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Your credit card will be charged prior to shipment. Please supply both a phone number and an email address so that we may contact you if we have questions about your order. Invoices will be issued when materials are shipped. Billing questions? State Sales Tax: We are required to collect state sales tax for all shipments within Iowa (6%).

Pricing Policy: Prices in our online catalog supersede all other prices and are subject to change without notice. Special pricing and promotions may be offered by individual retailers at their discretion

Discounts & Coupons:Only authorized discounts, coupons, or special offers will be honored by MBMA Corporation. In all cases these promotions will carry specific instructions regarding their validation and redemption and are subject to change without notice. Any retailers offering special offers or discounts are solely responsible for their redemption

International Orders: MBMA Corporation will accept international orders at this time. Order acceptance is at our discretion and we may choose to not ship to some areas. This policy applies to the billing and/or shipping destination.
